Wonderful experience! They do the best job in birmingham. I have tried Anthony's and several others and they are the best. The groupons for this place are amazing as well. The first time they washed and detailed my car it looked better than when it was on the showroom floor. There is a wait when you go as is to be expected.
Well well well, I like this place. Why? The employees are friendly, cars clean, lobby is spacious, and they pay attention to detail! Good people!
It took me a couple days to write this review because I want to make sure I didn't say ignorant things... that's how mad they made me as I was sitting in the lobby I watched my car pull out and and the young lady is sitting in leaning driving my car with one hand like she owns it I was so focused on that I didn't notice that the cover to my mirror driver side was off 2015 Chevy Malibu LTZ I was even recording it cuz I kind of thought it was funny but as I'm paying more attention I noticed when she pulls up she hops out looks around and from behind her back I see her pull out my cover and pop it back on it did go back on with no problem I sat and watched and wondered if she was going to tell me and she pulls up I walk outside and she was a literally about to let me get in my seat and pull off before I said so you're not going to tell me about my mirror ask for a manager I was brushed off to it's their policy that the mirrors don't fold in it's nothing they would do about it so for me being out of town I decided not to make a big case and I unhappily moved on I was assured that top top management would do absolutely nothing about it
So I came back from a week long vacation to find out that I had left a back window down on my new car. In panic mode I came to Riverchase car wash and detail and told them what happened and they looked at the damage. The damage was not bad but still not good for a brand new car. Instead of charging me for a full interior detail and taking advantage of the situation by giving me more than I really needed. They gave me something that was cheaper and made my car like new again! Awesome customer service and very honest hard working people! Very happy with my visit!
Wonderful place with exceptional service. A full service establishment. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Extremely clean bathrooms.
