Update: I spoke with the owner and she was very helpful. She explained all the actions and help me understand what happened. I really appreciate her for taking time out of her schedule to ensure that I was helped.
The stardome was excellent. My girlfriend and I came tonight to see Deon Cole. The food was awesome as well as the drinks. If you are ever in Birmingham you have to go here.
I usually have a good time at the comedy club. However tonight was a little different. Godfrey and Rita B. was great, but it took almost 1 hour for my food to arrive and when I told the waitress to take it off she stated that because I ordered food after so many people it took a while and if I still wanted to wait. After telling her no for the second time she left and removed the food that was ordered. I noticed that the people sitting behind me ordered their food when I did and they received theirs before I did and the cook still brought my food and out and was upset when I told him I didn't want it cause I cancelled it. Hopefully next time will be better if I come back.
Hi just celebrated my Birthday with my family at the Stardome. Great opening comedian Brandon Smiley was great. The Headliner Skip Clark was Awesome !!! His CD is called a Slice of Life.
I am a regular at the comedy club but this time was horrible. I went to see Gary Owens it was my husbands birthday weekend. I purchased 4 tickets. When i got to the window to pick up my tickets Patrice was at the window. She informed me that i bought 2 tickets for Friday and 2 tickets for Saturday. I explained that was a mistake there was no way i would buy 2 tickets for the same comic on 2 separate days the jokes don't change that much. So Patrice explains if they had seats they would just roll my seats over to accommodate me. She said they don't give refunds. In the same breathe she says a man that just went in has 2 tickets he wants to sell you will have to pay full price. So you just told me that you don't give refunds and you are sold out and don't have any seats but you are now trying to sell me 2 more tickets. I asked if you have 2 seats why cant you just roll my other 2 seats over she said because that guy wants his money back. I'm confused because you said you don't give refunds. I purchased the tickets because i had some family from out of state here. I'm upset with the ticket scalping at the window. I left message on Sat for the owners to give me a call with Patrice. I'm sure she didn't give them the message. So all Tuesday, Wed i have called to talk with the owners but they are no where to be located. I spoke to Candice i know she cant help but at least i feel like she is trying to help.
The waitress Jordan served the Best and the food was good. Had a great time with my family.

Good food, lots of fun and descent entertainment. Went back tonight, Wednesday night. Had a whole crew of people there. Nice mix, lots of laughs, food was still good and staff still very kind. Great atmosphere and love to visit at any time.
