The lady that has been there for years (I think her name is Alethea) is awesome! You can ask her just about anything and she knows it all. She represents what customer service should be and the repair folks are top notch as well...plus my vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever owned (the extra $$ is worth it folks!) and I will continue buying from them for those reasons.
Sign on the door says out for lunch be back in thirty.... it's been OVER thirty minutes!! VERY Frustrating. There are two other people waiting outside the business.
