Dr Marshall and Traci are the best. They are very caring about the patients and friendly. And they treat everyone with respect. Not leave out the nice lady that draws out blood for Dr. Marshall. She is a very sweet person as well.
Listen to my concerns and gave me his opinion of treatment.
This office has the worst front desk receptionist. She slams the phone down, huffs at patients, is rude and talks about patients loud enough for everyone to hear. This office is in violation of hipaa just by allowing socials and patient information to be heard by everyone in the waiting room since the people manning the front desk have no background noise besides their voices. Every time we have been here recently there has been a problem. Our son has seen dr Marshall since he was 2 but they can't seem to find his info any time we come. Horribly managed office. We will not be back again.
The lack of empathy is appalling. Today I finally got to meet with the oral surgeon. He looked disgusted at the lack of care I had received. The disbelief on his face as I told him how my primary care doctor never even examined my face to determine the damage. He compaired it to any other dislocated part of a body. Would you simply rub bengay on that and take Tylenol? The surgeon, after examining my face and reviewing my X-rays asked me how in the world have I been living with this.
Dr. Marshall has been our family doctor for eight years. He is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and answer your questions. We love his staff-they are always friendly and helpful. He takes appointments and walk-ins. We love his nurse Tracy too!
If you're looking for doctors that care, don't go to James Marshalls practice. He is a nice man, but when you need a doctor you need a doctor that remembers you're human, and does their very best to improve your quality of life
Been searching for overall good care facility. Found this one and I had a Good experience!! Quick appointment even same day if needed!
I have been a patient of Dr Marshall's for a few years. Everything was good until I had a major issue. I've suffered with TMJ for some time now. One day in particular though my jaw just snapped. Everyone in the room could hear this awful reality of mine. I've never felt so much pain. After a MRI and several X-rays it was determined that the disc in my joint had shifted forward, making my jaw dislocated indefinitely. I was referred to physical therapy to try and get things back into place. Kind of a preventative surgery measure. It didn't work. So I've been in chronic pain for 4 months. So much that I couldn't stand it any longer. I was irritated constantly, and being mean to my husband and kids. I needed help managing my pain until I could see a specialist. Dr Marshall literally shrugged his shoulders and told me to rub a cream on my dislocated jaw and take Tylenol.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Parking is great!
Will recommend this care facility!!
