No stars, but had to rate...45 min wait for Horrible food & pathetic service. The server thought she was doing us a favor. Never again!!
Me and my brother walked in to see this guy at the host's podium just leaning there, acting like he's either pissed or doesn't care anymore. Place was empty. "Let me see if there's room for you."
Seriously... His attitude made us turn around, and walk right back out. I am 100% serious. We had specifically wanted Olive Garden, but not an attitude right up front.
No wonder it's only a 3 star on Google, and it was empty. People genuinely don't like the experiences they have there. I'm glad we saved our money after we were treated like dirt before even being seated. Glad we left.
For over 15 years the Olive Garden has been a favorite of ours never failing to meet the high standards expected. The Menu is varied and exciting. The customer service is excellent and the wines are served just right. The decor is tasteful and tables always clean and well presented.
I would give a negative 5 stars if possible. We never made it past the waiting area. The hostesses were beyond rude. They acted like they were above speaking to a customer, yet when did speak, were extremely sarcastic. We will NEVER step foot in that restaurant again.
A great place to enjoy a family meal or an intimate dinner for two
Went to Olive Garden tonight to celebrate mine and my daughter's birthdays and mine and my husband's Anniversary. This is the restaurant that my husband brought me to for our first date 22 years ago. The food was not up to OG's standards but the service was fair. We noticed that portion sizes were much smaller than they have been in the past. The main problem, which may keep me from ever going back, was the altercation in the kitchen. The staff was screaming, cussing and fighting to the point that it scared my 9, 6, & 3 year old kids. People were frantically running from the kitchen and we were seated right beside it. My 6 year old said "I think they are about to get their guns out!" Not one employee apologized and I couldn't find a manager.
