This theater always has a lot of movies to choose from. They have more screens than any other thrater in the area. Since they were purchased by AMC I have seen a lot of improvements. Some of the food prices are high. You can get a much better price if you sign up for an AMC rewards card.
I was extremely disgusted when I walked into this movie theater. It smelled like ass and I was very upset. My kids were crying the whole time so I couldn't enjoy myself. So basically, I am blaming you for my kids' behavior. So please raise my kids better because I'm a deadbeat and I am not going to do it.
This place isn't run that well. When I came here, none of the ticket booths were open. When I asked the usher where to buy tickets, he directed me to the automated ticket machines or the concession stand. Since I wanted to use cash, I went to the concession stand, but the person working there didn't seem to know how to sell tickets. Awkward. The theater itself is a bit of a mess. Popcorn and snacks everywhere on the floor in the theater. However, the sound system in the IMAX theater was amazing.
I was visiting the area and went to go see a movie. The movie was delayed 30 minutes and then was still not started at the beginning. Then the movie unexpectedly quit with 10 minutes left and absolutely no effort was made to fix it. When asking for a refund, only a ticket exchange for that specific theater was offered, which did me no good. Management was argumentative and hostile. No idea of customer service!!!!
Conveniently located. Almost always crowded. Went to see Tyler Perry's BOO2. I enjoyed it. Good twist to the end of the movie.
