Just let me start off by saying Publix is a great company to work for. However my experience with this store was not very pleasant. I drove a hour everyday to get here and I worked at my best performance. My hard work never got noticed but even if I made the slightest mistake it will be on blast. However besides that I made a lot of friends here I miss you all and especially Chris Hurton and Lakisha Harris you guys are great people. But it's always those few who try to cocieve you with negativity. You know who you are but let me tell you this. This young man is a man of God. My future is bright and devil you are a liar. God keeps blessing me. Therefore this door may have closed but believe me when I say God has another door waiting to be opened. This was a seasonal but learning experience. To all my friends I will always remember you and keep pushing forward!!! Have a great day!!!!!

i just called Publix Pharmacy at Trace Crossing to have a very straightforward prescription refilled and was told by Anson Osman, pharmacist, that I should give him more notice to have a prescription refilled. At first he stated one day's notice, then said giving three day's notice would be better for him. I am well aware that pharmacists are paid very well (to essentially count pills), and with that said, a certain level of courtesy should be given to customers. All of the ladies at this pharmacy have excellent people skills, as do all of the other Publix employees. Perhaps Anson should be trained again. I have also called his supervisor. I am at an age where I do not appreciate rudeness.

Always good personalized service and excellent knowledge and helpful information.

Best pharmacy in Hoover. Love the staff and the pharmacists. They go above and beyond to help customers.

Anson was rude and impatient. I had to ask Reagan why a medication was not filled. One of four medications was not ready because they were out of it; however I was told it would be 25 minutes to wait or return tomorrow to get it. I assumed they would give me their last 30 days' supply. I could not wait 25 minutes, and I had agreed to return until Anson snapped, "Do you want it filled or not?" When you are at a pharmacy, you usually are not feeling well. Another gentlemen left because Anson told him to get behind the sign that says wait here or something. That gentleman and I were the only ones in line long before two others arrived. This was my first prescription to be filled at Publix. I will not refill anything else. I love good customer service and have shopped for groceries at Publix since the company's arrival in my city. Reagan was cordial and did her best, but Anson was having a bad day! I hope he is not rude and impatient using the tone he did every day! He lost me as a customer today!
