Fairly decent selection of local craft beers. Good variety of wines. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They get a AAA rating in that department. I shop there fairly often and the store is clean and consistent. They lose a star because they don't stock Dean's Country Sausage (not Jimmy Dean's) made in Attalla, Alabama.
I can;t say enough great things about shopping here! While some prices are more expensive than at other grocery stores, the great products and wonderful staff make it totally worth it! I enjoy saving money with their sales and coupons. This is the only grocery store that I have been to that genuinely makes me want to keep coming back!
The deli here used to make the store what it was. The atmosphere was incredible and the service was unrivaled. Stephen Smeraglia was to thank for that and now that he is gone, it has gone down hill quickly. I encourage all of you to make the trip to Crows Corner in Helena. You will not be disappointed!
Such a pleasant shopping experience! They are always so very helpful. Several employees even offered to reach items for me to keep me from having to get up from the motorized cart!
I love this Publix. Been going here for 3 years now & I've never had an issue. Most of the staff is very friendly & I've enjoyed some of the recommended recipes they have. Shelves are always stocked, or in the process of being re-stocked. There have been a few times where I couldn't find something & staff has walked me to the aisle & made sure it was on the shelf & handed it to me. I appreciate it so much because I have visited other stores & been told what aisle something is on & have not found it. So, I prefer to shop at Publix, knowing I will leave with what I need every time. Last year I found a pot online, asked them to hold it for me, & then went in to pick it up. I don't care that it was a $40 pot, I was glad to pay the price knowing it was what I needed; & because staff was so helpful. You don't see this much at other places.
