On our 1st visit we fell in love with the fact that they realized we are 1st time doggie parents. So any question or concern we had were answered in a professional manner. The staff were very knowledgeable and informative when it came to what breed of dog we adopted and what to expect. MOST importantly Sasha was NOT stressed, which made us happy. That's why after 3 years we continue to us Patton Chapel Animal Clinic and we recommend this office to all our friends.
This facility is very professional and takes great care of all my pets. It is easy to get an appointment and they offer excellent care packages to cover all vaccines and visits. The veterinarians are good at explaining what is going on and what each treatment does. They did a supurb job at thinking outside the box to figure out why my kitty had an unexpected reaction to medication. The entire staff is very friendly and the interns are learning from the best! I highly suggest this location.
PC was taking care of a rescue dog that we later adopted and brought into our home. There are about 5 other vet offices that are closer to my home and that I drive past, but we chose to bring our sweet dog here because the staff cares so much. He literally runs to the back for his boarding and everyone seems genuinely happy to see him and care for him. I would highly recommend PCAC to anyone looking for the best care for your 4-legged family members.
