These people are rude and disrepectful, they will refuse any payment less then what ur monthly payment is regularly, they refused a 50 dollar payment knowing I'm having surgery in 2 months when my payment was only 100 dollars.. Then when I called corporate to complain they refused to take my complaint. And told me to deal with it.. Just found out this company isn't accredited or reconized by the BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU.. these people are not here to help us they are hurting us.. They didn't care about my heart surgery..
