Customer Service is truly a lost art. A manager's job is to help resolve issues with the brand they represent. Not explain and hide behind some "new" policy... Tried to exchange a bracelet for a larger size. Very simple straight forward exchange. Wanted the same bracelet, just in a different size. Was told that because I didn't buy the bracelet from that store, they could not do the exchange. I said, "Funny, because less than a month ago you guys did an exchange for me." Then I was told that their policy had changed on Jan. 1st 2017. Too bad the manager here choice to hide behind a poor policy, that doesn't match with Pandora's Customer Service policy. Truly a poor experience here, I'd highly recommend Pandora Jewelry, but not from this store.

My husband has bought me a Pandora bracelet from here and three charms and I love them so much. The last one I got was a dolphin. Everything I've seen in this store is beautiful. Also the ladies that work there are always so friendly and talkative. I love everything about this store.
