I can't imagine going to any other Buckle store after shopping here 1 time I knew this was my store. Everyone there was a pleasure to be around, was very helpful, knew their job & did it well. The management here must be going above & beyond to make sure all the associates are trained & informed to give customers experiences like this. The store has never been in disarray while I was there, always looked like a store should. If they didn't have what I wanted/needed, they got it for me. I couldn't have asked for better service, better people, or even a better experience- & it's gets better every time I go in the Buckle in Hoover AL.
I was reminded today why all of my clothing orders are placed online... the sales associates must work on commission only and will NOT leave you alone. If Buckle didn't have great jeans I would NEVER buy anything from them. They literally harass and follow you around every single visit.
Three Saturdays ago, I brought a pair of jeans in to get the zipper repaired. I was told the seamstress would be there all day and I could wait until it was repaired. I drove 2 hours and not only did I have to wait for them to be repaired, the seamstress was not even there. I left the jeans and was told I would be called when they were ready. It has been over 2 weeks and I finally called and was told they had been ready. I was bummed because I had been in Birmingham last Sunday and could have stopped in and picked them up. Being that it is such a long drive for me, I don't get there often. I spoke with Jeff and he offered to ship them for me and apologized for the situation. I would like to thank you for the kindness he showed and his understanding. Will return again when I am in town!
Worst shopping experience I have ever been a part of in my entire life. Sales manager was extremely disrespectful and rude. As a combat veteran I expect better. I will stop at nothing to tell everyone I know not to shop here! If your looking for a great customer service experience don't come here!
