I've been shopping Ross inHoover Al from the first week of opening. There is so much I have purchased from every department in the store. Ross is my go- to store for all my needs . I don't always find exactly what I want but I promise I leave with something because they constantly get new merchandise. Believe me " I'm Hooked"
This is a good store. If you are on a budget and don't want to spend a lot of money on clothes at a department store or mall, then Ross might be a great alternative for you. You can maybe get several outfits for the price you pay for 1 outfit at a mall. Especially good if you have children.

Always have nice clothes, not much of a variety though. I like their things for your home. The associates are friendly but never ask if you need help. Their checkout lines are slow. I'm not meaning to not pick but my biggest problem was the bathroom! It was disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, all three toilets were clogged, no soap, no toilet paper. Baby diapers in the floor.
