My sister recommended Aaron's to me; however, she uses the one in Moody, AL, and she absolutely loves them. I live closer to this one, so I chose to lease my merchandise from them. I've only been a customer for two months and its been a negative experience so far. They will literally hassle you for a payment, whether calling nonstop or coming by my home at nearly 9 P.M., and I was only days late not weeks or months. Now, I'm trying to pay off my merchandise asap so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
AARONS USED TO BE A GOOD COMPANY BUT NOW ITS ALL A PIECE OF JUNK!!! I WALKED IN TO PURCHASE A BEDROOM SET FROM THEM AND THAT DAY EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH BECAUSE IT WAS MY FIRST TIME COMING. THATS HOW THEY LURE YOU IN. ONCE I SIGN THE AGREEMENT IS WHEN TROUBLE HAPPEN. I WAS EXPECTING DELIVERY ON THE 2ND OF SEPT BUT GUESS WHAT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO COME DELIVER. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL TO FOLLOW UP AND LET ME KNOW.SO I CALL AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING ON THAT DAY. Keep IN MIND EVEN THOUGH THE DISTRICT MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WOULD. SO I WENT BEDLESS THAT WHOLE NIGHT AFTER MOVE IN. SO HE TOLD ME HE WOULD DELIVER FIRST THING TUES. I WAS LIKE OKAY THINGS HAPPEN. SO TUES COME AND I WAS HAPPY IT WAS FINALLY HERE BUT I CALL TO SEE WHAT TIME THEY WAS COMING KEEP IN MIND IT WAS ALREADY 4PM SO THEY CLOSE AT 6. NO FOLLOW UP OR NOTHING. THE LADY TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY DRIVERS.SO I SAID FORGET AND ASK FOR A REFUND!!!!!! THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME...SORRY SIR WE DONT HAVE AN MONEY IN THE DRAWER TO GIVE YOUR REFUND. WAIT TILL A BUSY DAY LIKE FRIDAY OR CALL LATER AND WE MAY HAVE IT. I REQUESTED A REFUND ON THE 5TH AND FINALLY I HAD TO GO UP THERE AND GET IN ON THE TODAY THE 11TH. KEEP IN MIND THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY IN THE DRAWER. THAT TELLS YOU THER NOBODY IS DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! SO THE MANAGER CHAD DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR NOTHING HE CAME OUT AND JUST PLACE IT ON MY CARD!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO UP THERE. I WENT TO BADCOCK FURNITURE AND GOT A 5PCS LESS THEN THE 3PC THEY WAS GOING TO GIVE ME!!! THEY ARE OVERPRICED!!! NEEDS TO JUST SHUT DOWN!!!
My experience was wonderful at first.But now, they have some new lady working, and she is very aggressive!!! Dont get me wrong, I understand that I have a bill to paid, but the lady ask you for a card number so that they can process it the following day. If you tell them you get paid tomorrow, then what time are you bringing in the payment??? Really??
By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had...but by the general manager Chad! Spoke with a lady who was extremely helpful but his poor response and lack of customer service over shadowed her great customer service. I was supposed to have a delivery today and was never called. I was told they would call before they came but didn't get that call. I called the store and was transferred to Chad. He was very condescending and belittling basically made it seem as though it was my fault. He did not try to correct the situation yet went back and forth with me. After hanging up with him I decided to cancel and called back and got the woman who was helpful earlier that day. She was very apologetic and called to see what could be done, something you would think a "general manager" would do.
