I really valued my shopping experience during my visit on 10/11/17. My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Michael Wimberley and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He was not pushy at all like a salesperson at Ashley's Furniture that sent us running out of the door. Michael let us browse at our own pace while remaining attentive and even offering suggestions. I really hate that Rooms to Go was my last stop because had I been there to speak with Michael first, my purchase would've been made a week ago. Plus the prices for whole rooms are unbeatable for the quality!

Dave from Rooms To Go 800 number called to say they had been informed no hardware was shipped with the bed. Delivery team made the 1st call, for which I had no issues with the delivery team. They were great. Explained to him I wasn't happy that my head board was leaning against a wall unattached to the bed. Said they would overnight the screws and he would call me right back (12/20) to setup for someone to come back out and complete attachment of head board. Todate haven't heard back from him yet. #1 -- Dave didn't even say good bye. Call just ended (click & call ended). RUDE !! #2 - called Rooms To Go at Hoover store purchase made from and told I had to call the #800 customer service number. Explained I hadn't received screws nor had I got any where for resolution from the #800 Customer Service. # 3 -- young lady from the store told me that there was nothing she could do. I would have to call the #800 number. She was not sympathetic at all, however, she did give me a tracking number to check on UPS expected delivery of screws. #4 -- Ask young lady at the store how do I go about filing a compliant. Her response was "I don't know" you will have to call the 800 number to find that out. FOR REAL ??? How do you work for a company and not know how to company policy for customer service?? #5 -- sad thing is that there were a few more pieces I wanted to get (i.e. sitting bench for foot of bed, lamps, etc.), but I will not spend any more money at this store.

My husband and I bought a sectional 4 weeks ago. 2 weeks later, we were scheduled for delivery from 4-8pm. We received a call that the driver was running late and it might be 9pm before he arrives, and did we still want him to come that day. We said yes, and they came later and delivered the furniture. As they were bringing in the second half of the couch, one of the delivery employees noticed a large tear in the arm of the couch, but didn't say anything. My husband walked over and asked what was wrong and then said "we cannot accept that". They loaded it back up and left the smaller piece with us and told us somebody would call. I checked the piece they left and found staples all up the side in the fabric from where it was wrapped. We went to the store and told the Manager what happened and he told us he couldn't do anything to remedy the situation until the order status was changed in the computer. Nice...) I asked how he was going to compensate us to sit home for another day of lost work for a second delivery and he offered nothing. I asked for a refund on the delivery and he said "They don't like us to do that". First of all, you are they.... but I digress. Nobody called Friday, so I called customer service. They told me we should have been instructed to call them. (more delays...) We had to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement couch and today they showed up with ANOTHER broken couch! I called to cancel the order as we will not be doing this a 3rd time. They didn't even try to change our mind, placed the refund and offered us nothing. Now here we are 4 weeks later with no couch, 2 lost work days, crappy service and a headache....

Rooms To Go customer service really sucks!! Disappointed !!!

I hope I finally get the screws and that someone comes out and attaches my head board, since I paid over $200 delivery fee for furniture. Very DISAPPOINTED with in-store sales personnel and the 800 customer service staff !!!

I will never go to this place ever again! I purchased a mattress from this location using their financing department. Myself and my husband were told that the payments would be $35 a month interest free for the first 12 months, so if we wanted to pay the bed off sooner we would receive a refund on our interest that was paid during the first 12 months. I received the mattress and the delivery guys were great! Everything was fantastic until I got the first months bill and it was $185! I contacted rooms to go and explained the situation, they were very kind and acted like this has happened before in the past. We spoke directly to the general manager (who has had only been at this location for a few days) and stated that the only way to resolve the issue was to take the mattress back and undo the financing which he would be glad to help us do. We tried to work with them to try and resolve the financing issue any way possible (rather than them just destroy the mattress) we went ahead and set up a pick up date and time. Unlike the delivery guys the pick up guys were unpleasant and seemed to be very frustrated and angry that we had such a long driveway and it was difficult for him to turn around. The mattress was returned and we had to contact Rooms to go again to determine if everything was taken care of on the financing end and the general manager told the office manager that they didn't need to do anything further. So basically I could try and clear up the financing on my own. The office manager was very kind and tried to do her best but I definitely felt like I was lied to and then told to fix the problem they created on my own.

Very disappointed with Rooms To Go. We were suppose to receive our couches today, but the delivery person said within the first few minutes of arriving that they couldn't get it in the house. He made one attempt and then said I will have to order a new couch. He arrived late and he left within 15 minutes of being here. He told us that he only gets paid on how many deliveries he completes so he couldn't make to many attempts. I called the office to let them know and they didn't know anything about it. They said it shows that it was delivered to our house and it clearly had not been delivered. I asked them tonight if we will here back from them and she wasn't sure when I will know anything. Very frustrating to deal with them and I am not sure when or if I will be getting this item delivered. I suggest checking out other stores in the area.
