Tonight we went in to look at recliners because I'd seen online that the recliners were buy one get one. We came in and were greeted by Rocky. He showed us to the item I'd screenshot from online but we weren't satisfied with the width of our online pick and everything else was more than we'd wanted to spend. Rocky took us to a special section of select recliners that could be purchased less expensively AND we could choose the fabric! He was very knowledgeable, very helpful and did a great job getting us to a price point we were happy with and chairs we both loved!! We are business owners, so we really appreciated his extra effort to help us find what would meet our needs and our wants. He even took our daughter to get a bag of freshly popped popcorn where my husband and I could have a few minutes to talk alone about our decision. He went above and beyond, we got what we came for and we were satisfied in the end. Great job.
