No doubts in my mind as to why Chick-fil-a has the success it has while so many of its competitors slide in sales.
We needed catering for a Macaroni Kid South Birmingham sponsored party and Chick-fil-A at the Grove provided beautiful platters of chicken nuggets, salad and fruit for the party. As a busy, working mom it made my party SO much less stressful. We just picked it up and put it out for our guests! The estimated amount of number of people it would feed was very accurate as well. Thanks Chick-fil-A at The Grove! If you are parent, like their FB page to watch for fun family events too...movie nights, Princess visits and more.
It's a good Chick-fil-A with good staff and acceptable food. However, the drive thru is extremely busy during peak times - breakfast, lunch and dinner
Love the little extras that Chick-fil-a does for their visitors. I have a 4 and 2 year old, as well as an 11 month old, and this is our go to option for taking the kids out for a treat, as well as burning some energy in a great (and consistently clean) play area. But what makes this our go to is one of the most simple acts of thoughtfulness I've seen out of a restaurant. Small plastic containers of Cheerios in the condiment areas for guests to use to keep the youngest occupied. Also a great pairing option for a fruit cup.
First chick fil a ever where I've received horrible customer service cashier was paying more attention to what was on there cell phone then making sure my order was accurate
Sat in the drivethru for way too long waiting to use my calendar card drink treat to get a coffee, which I have done in the past. When I finally made it to the window, I was told I can’t use my calendar card drink treat to get a coffee, even though they honored that just a few months ago. Service at this restaurant is not consistent with chick-fil-a customer service philosophy. Probably won’t eat at this one again.
