So far they're really good on being BAD. I waited like 5 minutes for someone to take my order, i think someone forgot the meaning of fast food. Their sodas are more water than anything else, I ask for them to change it and the lady ignore me. I have to ask again if she can give me the soda from the machine they have inside and is worse, i can only imagine what they give to the drive thru
I usually always go to this location, and have a wonderful experience. But tonight, was a completely different story. The helpings were small, like, not worth the money small! The staff was pushy, with getting us down the line and checking out. Terrible experience... Will find another place to eat from now own.
The only reason for the second star is due to the quality of food still being up to standard.
Clean restaurant with friendly staff. We had to wait at our table for a while for our food, which was slightly off-putting. Once it arrived, though, it was very tasty, with good-sized portions. Prices were reasonable as well. No kids menu.
Service is always terrible. I've yet to go when they had all of the food available. They always seem to be behind. I like the food. Wish the service was better.
I had to wait an hour for food. They were out of one item I ordered, and while I was waiting for it and after they replenished what was out, they forgot about my plate and ran out of the other item. This round robin of mistakes cost me an hour of my time, and there were no accommodations made for me after this series of events.
