Great food. Least favorite is Alfredo. Most favorite is anything else. Alfredo is still good but so rich, but then that's Alfredo!
I'm only giving this place two stars because the food was absolutely delicious. However, I have NEVER had worse table service. Our waitress wanted absolutely NOTHING to do with us the entire time we were there. We got our appetizer before we even got our drinks and silverware, and she gave some serious attitude because I asked for our drinks. I really hope she isn't still employed here, because the entire section of the dining room we were in was complaining about her. I knew it wasn't just us when all of the tables around us weren't getting any attention either. We got to look on at other tables getting refills and general human decency, all the while we saw our waitress three times. To order, to get appetizers, and to get the check. Someone from the kitchen had to bring out our entrees because she was too busy doing God knows what, but not attending to a single one of her tables. Terrible service ruined an otherwise fantastic meal.
Extremely unsatisfied w the past 3 times I’ve done business with this restaurant. Since August, I’ve ordered catering for parties 3 times and every single order has been wrong at time of pickup. The mistakes have been caught before payment, however I’ve had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for my correct food order to be prepared even though original order had been placed hours prior to pickup thus delaying my events. Last night was the “nail in the coffin” for me doing anymore business with this company in the future. Order was placed well in advance at 11:00 am for Pickup time being 6:30pm. Not only did I have to wait for 40 minutes to correct my order, but when I arrived back home(at 8:15) to my starving party guests I didn’t have the correct Food I ordered and paid for. I’ve tried calling manager last night and all day today and keep getting hung up on. Unacceptable and I will not be returning
I have not been here in years and it has not changed ONE BIT fortunately!!! The moussaka is so outstanding as was everything else my guests got. They definitely give you enough for two meals. Our server, Ashley, could not have been sweeter or more efficient and attentive. Great old school charm!
Food was fair, had better. My issue is the catering.If you offer catering, then you need to also deliver. Me coming to pick up food...36 pans actually, is just you cooking food. I could have went to Jacks for that.
